Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Review treatment plans with patients and explain procedures, costs, and insurance coverage
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to ensure seamless patient care
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
- Manage patient records and financial arrangements
- Serve as a key point of contact between patients and our dental team
- Answer calls and handle communication with patients
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office or treatment coordination experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in dental software (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
