Brookings Health System is looking for an experienced professional to fill the position as the Inpatient Care Nursing and Case Management Director .
Compensation range for this position is $48.89 to $72.38, depending on experience.

The Inpatient Care Nursing Director maintains responsibility and accountability for managing the inpatient unit and case management. Educates and provides a safe environment for patients undergoing medical care. Incumbent will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments within the hospital to promote optimal patient outcomes. Patients served will be infants through adult/geriatric populations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or Master's degree in nursing preferred
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current registered nurse licensure in South Dakota & certification in CPR/BLS
General knowledge of patient care including critical care required
Excellent communication skills, customer service, and maintaining flexibility to meet a constantly changing work environment
Ability and willingness to exhibit behaviors consistent with principles for service excellence.
