A well-established, family-operated real estate services company with a strong presence across Ohio and Kentucky is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in sales leadership, new business generation, and team development—ideally within the title or real estate industry.
What you will be doing:
- Drive company-to-company new business development through prospecting, networking, and cultivating high-level corporate relationships
- Lead, coach, and train a sales team to exceed individual and collective performance targets
- Analyze sales data and CRM insights to optimize performance and accountability
- Collaborate with executive leadership across business units to align growth strategies
- Travel regularly to branch offices across Southern Ohio and Central Kentucky, with occasional remote work flexibility
Experience you will need:
- Demonstrated success in new business development and B2B relationship-building
- Experience leading sales teams with a focus on performance coaching and accountability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in CRM utilization and sales data analysis
- Real estate title industry experience is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel regionally as needed

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
