The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the concrete or construction industry and a proven track record of managing large-scale field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all field operations, including project execution, crew management, and equipment utilization, to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and develop field crews, foremen, and supervisors to maintain a high-performing and safety-conscious workforce.
- Client Relations: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
- Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project costs, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in flatwork concrete construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of flatwork concrete processes, including formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Salary: $250,000 per year
- Bonus: Performance based. Estimate: $100,000
