Job Description:
Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Perform routine assessments and document changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Current and valid RN License in the state of practice.
Active BLS Certification.
Previous experience in a Nursing Home, Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility or Rehab is required.
