Title: Travel LPN
Location: Multiple locations in New Hampshire
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift & Evening Shift
40 hrs Weekly Guaranteed 5*8 Monday to Friday
Job Description:
Responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Perform routine assessments and document changes in residents' conditions.
Collaborate with RNs, Nurse Managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualize care plans.
Supervise and assist nursing assistants and other support staff in providing care to patients.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Current and valid LPN license in the state of practice.
Previous experience in a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation or similar healthcare setting is required
BLS must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY.
Pay: $2,100.00 per week
