Title: Travel- RN (LTC, Rehab, SNF)
Location: Lebanon, NH
Duration: 13 Week Contract (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Day/Eve/Night (5x8 or 3x12)
Guaranteed hours: 40hrs Hours Per Week
Available overtime.
Job Overview:
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility. Ensures residents receive quality care in accordance with federal, state, and facility standards.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitors resident conditions and reports changes to appropriate personnel.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans.
- Supervises CNAs and LPNs, providing guidance and delegation as needed.
- Documents care, observations, and interventions in electronic health records.
- Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Responds to emergencies and provides first aid or CPR as required.
- Maintains compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Active RN License (NH or Compact State)
- 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience in the chosen specialty
- Current BLS Certification.
- Previous long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay: $2,500.00 per week
