Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with office management duties, including scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service or office management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is highly desirable.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Must know how to use quick books.
- Willing to deal with customers and answer phones.
