Job Title: Division Procurement & Estimation Specialist (DPES)
Reports To: Division Vice President

Job Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, articulate, and highly capable Procurement & Estimation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support one of our core divisions and report directly to the Division Vice President. The ideal candidate is a fast thinker, confident communicator, and detail-oriented professional with strong math and reading comprehension skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors across multiple trades and regions.
2. Solicit, compare, and compile vendor quotes for requested services or projects.
3. Collaborate with Shared Services to support division operations and cross-functional needs.
4. Handle high call volumes with professionalism, precision, and urgency.
5. Read and interpret work orders, scopes of work, proposals, and service documentation.
6. Maintain accurate records in company systems and provide timely updates to the Divisional VP.
7. Operate with a strong sense of urgency and ownership in a deadline-driven environment.
Requirements:
1. Exceptional phone communication skills – confident, clear, and courteous.
2. Strong reading comprehension – able to understand and summarize detailed instructions and documents.
3. Quick mental math and solid Excel skills for quote comparisons and vendor pricing reviews.
4. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while following clear priorities.
5. Previous experience in vendor coordination, facilities management, or a shared services support role is a plus.

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
