Position Overview:
As a Dog Poop Scooper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining customers' yards weekly, ensuring they are free of dog waste. Additionally, you will actively engage in door-to-door sales to promote and sell our subscription services while building your route. This position allows you to earn a steady income while making a difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scoop dog waste from designated yards on a weekly basis.
- Knock door-to-door to promote Scooper Troopers and sell our subscription service.
- Ensure that each yard is left clean and tidy.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with potential customers.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and scooping dog waste.
- Must own your own pooper scooping equipment or be willing to obtain some prior to starting.
- Must be able to travel within your designated area.
Compensation:
As a W2 employee, your pay will be based on the size of your route, with potential earnings ranging from $10 to $32 per hour depending on the number of customers you service.
