Staff Management:Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating CILA staff, ensuring they adhere to schedules and agency policies
Resident Support:Overseeing the implementation of personal support plans, coordinating medical appointments, and assisting with medication management
Home Maintenance:Ensuring the physical plant is maintained, clean, and safe, and coordinating with the maintenance department as needed
Budget Management:Operating the home within budgetary guidelines, managing expenses, and tracking spending.
- Community Inclusion:Developing, planning, and monitoring community inclusion activities for residents.
- Compliance:Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, infection control measures, and agency policies.
- Documentation:Maintaining accurate records in the agency's electronic system, including progress notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Emergency Response:Responding to emergencies in the CILA home, ensuring residents' safety and well-being.
- Communication:Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including staff, residents, families, and other service providers.
- Ensuring staff are trained and qualified to pass medications.
- Conducting regular health and safety reviews.
- Monitoring medication administration and ensuring proper documentation.
- Overseeing the completion of mandatory training for staff.
- Coordinating with the agency's maintenance department on any necessary repairs or upkeep.
- Participating in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Ensuring that residents' personal needs are met and that they have access to necessary resources.
- Promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents to thrive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
