Role: E-Commerce Manager (Shopify, Amazon & Social Commerce)
Location: Remote Hybrid – Colorado HQ
Compensation: Base Pay $55,000 – $70,000 + Revenue Share based on experience and alignment

Who we’re looking for:
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our e-commerce business across Shopify, Amazon, and social commerce channels (Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, etc.). This is a hands-on role that will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of these channels with a clear focus on revenue growth, conversion rate optimization, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate is a Shopify power user who is comfortable making theme and code edits, has deep experience with Amazon Seller Central, understands social commerce integrations, and is motivated and excited to grow our e-commerce channel.
What you get to own:
Shopify Website Management & Growth
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Shopify storefront
- Manage product listings, inventory syncing, SEO best practices, tagging, descriptions, images, and collections
- Optimize website performance, user experience (UX/UI), mobile responsiveness, site speed, and conversion rate
- Implement CRO strategies and A/B tests to improve performance and drive revenue
- Manage Shopify themes and edit front-end code (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to reduce reliance on external development resources
- Collaborate with retail and warehouse teams to ensure fulfillment and inventory accuracy
Amazon Channel Oversight
- Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central including product listings, keyword optimization, pricing strategies, A+ content, and compliance
- Forecast inventory needs for FBA and FBM channels and coordinate with the warehouse team
- Develop and manage Amazon PPC advertising campaigns and optimize for ACOS and TACOS targets
- Monitor account health, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies for Buy Box retention
- Track metrics (revenue, conversion rates, organic ranking, profitability) and implement growth strategies
Social Commerce & Emerging Channels
- Manage social commerce integrations including TikTok Shop, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Shops, and other marketplaces that integrate with Shopify
- Oversee product catalog syncing, content optimization, and campaign performance on social commerce platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer, social, and affiliate programs with e-commerce goals
Marketing & Data Integration
- Track and report on KPIs including revenue, CAC, AOV, ROAS, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and LTV
- Partner with marketing team to align paid media, SEO, email, influencer campaigns, and promotions with e-commerce initiatives
- Identify opportunities for upsells, bundles, subscriptions, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate on content development for product pages, educational blog content, and brand storytelling
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- A Minimum of 3 years managing e-commerce operations with direct ownership of Shopify and Amazon channels
- Demonstrated track record of growing an e-commerce business with seven figures+ in annual revenue
- Advanced Shopify expertise, including theme customization and Liquid coding
- Hands-on experience managing 1000+ SKUs with seasonal or category-diverse inventory
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central including FBA, FBM, SEO, and advertising campaign management
- Strong understanding of social commerce platforms and how to leverage them to drive sales
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics/GA4, Shopify analytics, Amazon dashboards) and data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to have fun!
Nice to Have
- Experience in the outdoor industry, sporting goods, or seasonal retail
- Knowledge of third-party Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) and Shopify apps
- Passion for outdoor activities like skiing and cycling
