Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day EP operations and team schedules.
- Conduct close protection, advances, and site assessments.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
- Ensure team adherence to protocols and client expectations.
- Develop and refine protection strategies and SOPs. Provide situational assessments and oversee incident response.
- 7+ years of EP or related experience, with 3+ in a leadership role.
- Proven travel EP experience (domestic and international).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Clean driving record; defensive driving certification preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Comfortable working extended hours, including nights and weekends.
