Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Handling correspondence, screening calls, and managing email inboxes.
- Document Preparation: Creating presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Project Support: Assisting with special projects, research, and data analysis.
- Expense Management: Tracking and managing expenses, and preparing expense reports.
- Liaison: Serving as a point of contact between the executive and other stakeholders.
- Office Management: Ordering supplies, maintaining files, and managing other administrative tasks.
