Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000, depending on experience

Position Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive team with administrative tasks, scheduling, communications, and project coordination. This role demands high-level organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and unwavering confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and meeting agendas
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist with scheduling and travel arrangements for executives
- Assist with jurisdictional compliance, such as TERO
- Manage state licensing and research of existing compliance requirements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Background in construction or related industries is a plus
