Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Outside Sales Representatives to join our Illinois team. This field-based, commission-only role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a proven ability to generate and close business. You’ll work directly with homeowners and renters, helping them navigate energy savings opportunities with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to designated residential areas across the state of Illinois
- Engage with prospective customers to assess their energy usage and billing history
- Identify inefficient or inflated energy rates and provide customized savings solutions
- Utilize company-provided scripts, CRM tools, and training materials to drive results
- Uphold a high standard of integrity, communication, and service in every interaction
Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18
- Demonstrated success in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or commission-based roles
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Reliable personal transportation
- Able to start within 24–48 hours preferred
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-motivated mindset
Compensation & Advancement
- 100% commission-based pay structure
- Weekly payouts (Fridays); same-day pay options for eligible reps
- $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of active sales (eligibility requirements apply)

Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Up to 2 excused absences per month with 24-hour advance notice
- Strict enforcement of no-call/no-show policy
