Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) to support the Quality Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.
We are looking for a teammate that has extensive Quality process experience, problem-solving skills, is process improvement driven, who will be providing education and will mentor on the Quality Management System (QMS), developing and managing relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners, and suppliers.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers- . Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- . Analyzes and interprets data
- . Support team Lean BPS transformation, create and document standard work when needed
- . Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- . Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary pay range: $81,000 – 109,000
