What You’ll Do:
- Connect with warm leads and identify client needs
- Provide tailored insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines
- Support senior agents with service and policy reviews
- Educate clients on coverage options and benefits
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For:
- Georgia Property & Casualty License (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales experience (insurance background a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to travel to agencies within the district
