POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Home Care Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will design and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote our home care services within the community. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, cultivating relationships with referral sources, and enhancing brand awareness to fuel business growth.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing referral sources who can refer clients to our agency.

Create relationships with care manager, social workers, case management
agencies, MLTCs, CHHAs, Doctor's Offices, Hospitals, SeniorCommunity
Centers, etc., while identifying clients with home care needs. -
Advise potential clients or respective designated representatives on how to
obtain home care services, and work with the intakecoordination team closely. - Follow up on existing referrals and ensure that clients are enrolled in the agency.

Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet or exceed weekly, monthly,
quarterly, and annual growth targets.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bilingual a plus
- Ability to work within the five boroughs
- Valid driver's license
- Must demonstrate great communication, negotiation, and public relations skills
- Must have the ability to host presentations professionally
- Must be a creative thinker and team player
- Detail-oriented, excellent with follow upsknowledge of Medicaid eligibility
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS:
- Must be able to carry, lift, push or pull at least 20lbs
EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE:
- At least one year Home Care experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least one year's experience in healthcare marketing/sales, preferably in home care operations. Consideration given to candidates with one year's experience in a sales environment.
