We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to join our team. This role is essential for promoting our products and services directly to potential customers in various locations. As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for engaging with the community, conducting market research, and driving brand awareness through various outreach efforts.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner to generate interest.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Supervise and coordinate marketing events, ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.
- Negotiate terms with potential clients to secure sales and partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding campaign progress and feedback.
- Assist in market research efforts to identify new opportunities for outreach.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to leverage their language skills for broader community engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a field-based role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in supervising teams or coordinating events is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with telemarketing practices is advantageous.
- Previous experience in electioneering or similar outreach roles is desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency is highly valued, enhancing outreach capabilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
