FLEET ASSISTANT PART-TIME

As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our fleet and facilities in top shape, ensuring every vehicle is mission-ready and our shop stays organized and efficient.

Essential Job Functions:

· Wash, vacuum, and detail company vehicles inside and out

· Remove trash and debris from vehicles after use

· Maintain the professional appearance of the fleet at all times

· Check and top off fluids, including oil, windshield washer fluid, and coolant

· Inspect tires for proper pressure and wear

· Report any vehicle damage or mechanical concerns to the fleet manager immediately

· Keep the fleet shop clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

· Assist with light building maintenance such as sweeping, organizing storage areas, and minor upkeep tasks

· Monitor and report any facility repair needs

· Assist the fleet team with special projects or seasonal tasks as needed

· Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly when moving them for cleaning or maintenance

· Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

· Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Must be at least 16 years old

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Daytime availability, Monday-Friday (16-24 hours/week)

· Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

· Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

· Must be able to lift up to 40lbs

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Attention to detail and commitment to keeping vehicles and facilities in excellent condition

· Able to follow safety procedures and company policies

· No prior experience required

ESI Security Services, which started as the patrol division of Events Services, Inc., has become its own company and has taken over all security aspects ranging from onsite security to patrol inspection services. Events Services, Inc. now specializes in services such as ticket taking, ushers, and many other special event services.
