What You’ll Do:
- Lead the front-of-house team during service — set the pace, elevate the vibe, and ensure every guest feels taken care of.
- Manage guest flow and floor operations in real-time, adapting to volume while keeping service smooth and thoughtful.
- Coach and support staff on service, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-first mindset.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain timing, quality, and communication.
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met — and exceeded.
- Be hands-on. Lead from the floor, not from the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
