Position Overview
We’re seeking a Franchise Business Support Manager who will be the first point of contact and ongoing operational resource for our franchise network. You’ll lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support, working closely with franchisees to help them implement best practices and run successful businesses. This is a hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping entrepreneurs grow.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchisees, providing timely and solutions-oriented support.
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new franchisees, ensuring smooth launches.
- Offer ongoing coaching and guidance to franchisees on daily operations, systems, and customer service.
- Refine and update operations tools, checklists, and playbooks to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and help identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform regular business check-ins and reviews, providing constructive feedback and action plans.
- Document all franchisee communications and support activity to ensure. consistency and quality of service.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework is a plus
- 1 years of experience in franchise support, customer service, operations, or administrative roles
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling apps, task management tools)
