Summary
As a Front Desk Agent at Home2 Suites by Hilton, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Located in Lexington, KY, this role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.
- Assist in managing the front desk operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using phone systems and basic office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
