Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and payment processing.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations via phone and online booking systems, updating guest records as necessary.
- Address and resolve guest issues promptly and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to coordinate room readiness and guest requests.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily financial reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including lobby management as needed.
- Uphold high standards of guest service and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking and reporting low supplies..
