We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent - Part Time to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
- Manage guest reservations and inquiries through phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences to enhance personalized service.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
- Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and billing procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective guest relations.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hospitality management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
- Pay Range $16.00 to $16.50 based on experience.
- This position is Part Time however can become Full Time in future.
