What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Share your knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Assist with guest needs, from directions to mail services
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
