Overview
We are seeking an eager & dependable Front Desk Associate to join our fast-paced medspa. This role is the face of our practice and requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide information as needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required, including scheduling and managing correspondence.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate the checkout process professionally and accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing scheduling and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
