We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when answering calls and addressing guest concerns.
- Assist in managing front desk operations during peak hours while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Front Desk Clerk Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
