As the Overnight MSR, you’re the heartbeat of the club when the lights are low. You’re not just keeping the doors open — you’re keeping the vibe alive and ensuring the club is safe, spotless, and welcoming for every early riser and night grinder that walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:✨ Be the Guardian of Legendary Cleanliness
You’ll own the overnight cleaning routine as a team — wiping down equipment, sanitizing high-touch areas, and resetting the club so it looks brand new every morning. This isn’t just janitorial work — it’s creating the Crunch Clean standard, and making the club a place people talk about.
✨ Keep the Club Running Strong
Notice something broken or out of place? You’re the first responder. Whether it’s a treadmill acting up or towels that need restocking, you’ll help keep everything running smooth and functional by reporting it to the next shift.
✨ Keep It Safe. Keep It Smart. Keep It Honest.
Everyone who walks in that door needs to be vetted . You’ll check every membership, every guest pass, and make sure no one is sneaking in. Safety starts at the front desk, and you’re the shield overnight.
✨ Bring the Vibe, Even at 3AM
You’re the face of Crunch, offering friendly hellos, helpful answers, and positive energy to every member who walks in. Whether it’s their first visit or their 500th, you treat them like a guest in your house.
✨ Support the Crunch One Kickoff
Yes, even overnight, you play a part in introducing members to our signature Crunch One Kickoff experience. You’ll help book appointments, educate new members on training options, and plant the seed for long-term success.
