We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring optimal time management.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support, resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within the office.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accuracy.
- Familiarity with office clerical duties and procedures.
- Competent in using phone systems and managing calls efficiently.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient typing skills with strong computer literacy, including knowledge of office software applications.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively, coordinating schedules for multiple individuals.
- Billing and precert experience is preferred
