Caldwell Physical Therapy is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) front office receptionist/physical therapist technician.
The responsibilities include:
As receptionist: Answering the phone, scheduling patients, verifying benefits, send/receive faxes, make charts, call doctors offices for documentation, sending/receiving mail.
As physical therapy technician: cleaning clinic, helping patients utilize exercise equipment, set up modalities, minor documentation of daily notes.
We treat many Spanish speaking patients so being bilingual (Spanish/English) is 'required.'
