Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage high-volume phone calls professionally
- Prepare routers for next days patients
- Manage patient flow and ensure timely care
- Take charge of the front office environment
- Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling and records
- Reconcile and close out the day
- Accurately submit insurance claims and follow up with them
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dental front deskexperience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Dentrix or similar dental software
- Confident in multitasking and taking initiative
