As we continue to grow our presence, we're seeking a passionate, dynamic hospitality leader to join us as our Front of House Manager & Brand Ambassador.
The Role
This is more than a management job — it's a leadership opportunity. You’ll oversee day-to-day front of house operations, but also help shape the culture, service standards, and guest relationships that define Evolution. You will train and inspire staff, take ownership of the guest experience, and represent the restaurant both inside and outside our walls. If you're a natural host, organized operator, and enthusiastic about building something with long-term vision — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, schedule, and manage all front of house staff
- Oversee daily FOH operations including opening/closing procedures
- Develop and implement training programs to maintain service excellence
- Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams
Guest Experience & Service
- Set the tone for warm, attentive, and efficient service
- Cultivate regular clientele through genuine connections
- Manage and resolve guest issues with grace and professionalism
- Be present on the floor during peak service periods as the face of the restaurant
Wine Sales & Events
- Lead and educate the team on wine knowledge and wine service
- Support private dining inquiries and collaborate with the chef/owners to book events
- Recommend wine pairings and promote high-touch hospitality experiences
Brand Building & Marketing
- Act as a brand ambassador for Evolution in the community
- Support grassroots marketing and local partnerships
- Help develop and grow our presence through word-of-mouth and relationship building
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain an organized front office and filing system
- Manage FOH inventory, POS updates, and training documents
- Track labor and scheduling efficiently within budget
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a FOH leadership role (restaurant or hospitality)
- Wine knowledge and enthusiasm for food & beverage culture
- Highly organized and proactive with strong communication skills
- Warm, engaging, and guest-focused personality
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A team player who leads by example and brings positive energy daily
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$90,000 annually depending on experience
