Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Manager
Location: The Crown and Fiddle Pub and Kitchen, Wilmington NC
About Us: Join our vibrant Irish and English pub, open six days a week Tuesday - Sunday 3pm till 10pm. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a commitment to our community. We’re looking for a motivated FOH Manager to lead our team and help us grow!
Job Description: As the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maintaining a lively and enjoyable environment for both staff and patrons. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front-of-house operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling
- Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the pub
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Assist in managing social media presence and marketing efforts
- Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Contribute to the development of promotional events and specials
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Toast
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with social media marketing and engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for the pub culture and commitment to growth
