Position:
Seeking a well-seasoned, career-minded professional to conduct sales and operations support. This is a high potential income position with tremendous growth opportunities. The candidate will conduct on-site sales at least three days week. The candidate will also provide support in the area of operations. Given the uniqueness and practicality of the sales products, average sales ticket is well above furniture industry average.

We are the largest volume dealer of Wallbeds (also known as Murphy Beds) in the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our store under our corporate brand to sell this unique product using a proven business model.
Our business paradigm emphasizes a personalized approach to customer service with store hours at our showrooms - strategically located in proximity to high end retail and housing.
There will be retail hours in combination with appointments. This will allow for a more personal and focused shopping experience for customers.
Skills:
Must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills. Must operate independently with minimal supervision. Must be computer competent (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and have strong verbal and writing skills.
Requirements:
- Highly diligent and thorough in all aspects
- Strong sales and marketing background
- Big ticket retail sales background is a plus
- Extensive retail management acumen to perform daily operations
- Experience in the coordination of delivery and installation processes of finished products with a strong capacity to innovate and adjust to vendor and customer dynamics
- Social media savviness a plus (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) a plus
- Schedule flexibility needed to maximize sales opportunities and conduct operations in order to deliver optimal customer service
Compensation:
- Base and sales commission with tiered performance-based bonuses. Paid time off (PTO) is also offered.
