You'll work directly with the CEO and sales team to execute data-driven campaigns across website, social media, and email prospecting that consistently deliver qualified opportunities to close deals.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Drive new account origination and lead generation to consistently feed the sales pipeline with qualified prospects
- Own and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI on lead acquisition and conversion
- Execute targeted email prospecting campaigns using tools like Clay for data enrichment, Apollo for lead intelligence, and Instantly for automated outreach sequences
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and trade show participation focused on lead capture, prospect engagement, and pipeline development
- Create compelling sales-focused marketing copy including lead magnets, case studies, website landing pages, and nurture campaign messaging
- Lead digital marketing efforts including website optimization, social media strategy, and conversion-focused campaign management
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies leveraging modern growth stack tools and automation platforms
- Analyze pipeline metrics and lead conversion rates using analytics platforms to optimize prospect qualification and handoff processes
- Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff, feedback loops, and alignment on ideal customer profiles
- Build and maintain relationships with key prospects while reporting pipeline metrics and lead quality insights to executive leadership
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI across multiple channels
- Hands-on experience with modern growth tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and LinkedIn for content management and B2B prospecting
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with growth and prospecting tools including Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Mixpanel, Midjourney, Claude, Segment, LinkedIn Ads, or equivalent platforms
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology startup environments with knowledge of growth hacking methodologies
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving conversion rates in early-stage companies using data-driven growth experiments
