Guest Coordinator/Receptionist
THE LASH LOUNGE® at Livingston, New Jersey is looking for a dynamic and experienced salon Front Desk Associate.
We are an upscale eyelash salon serving Livingston and other surrounding towns, with additional locations all across the country. We take pride in creating an inviting atmosphere and giving each of our clients a personal, yet professional customer experience.
The candidate must be highly motivated, be able to multi-task with ease, possess excellent communication and guest service skills, have experience using MS Office and other computer software programs, and possess attention to detail. The right candidate should have great phone mannerism and be able to follow a script, as well as have the ability to pivot based on the clients' requests.
This position will provide our “Gold Standard” experience to our guests by greeting them, booking appointments, assisting guests with retail sales, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
Other duties will include inventory management, opening and closing duties, and contributing to general salon operations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
