Sleep Inn Galion is seeking a candidate to join our team as front desk agents.
At this time we are looking for someone for third shift, 2 days a week. Hours would be 10pm-6am.
Front desk agents are responsible for providing the highest level of hospitality and service to every guest visiting our property. In this position, you will:
-Check guests in and out of the hotel
-Be responsible for the cash drawer and processing payments
-Set up guests' reservations
-Maintain cleanliness of public areas
-Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience upon check-in, during their stay and at check-out
-Restock market items and guest supplies
-Work as a team alongside every department of the hotel, including housekeeping, laundry, breakfast and maintenance
We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills who work well with a team and are willing to cross-train in other departments.
Pay is based on experience with opportunity for a raise after 90 days with excellent performance.
