Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience during their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality management.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Comfortable with learning about products in order to help sell and educate our guests
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette
- Assisting with keeping the salon and spa clean including Laundry.
- Promote salon and spa services and our amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or spa setting is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Proficient in using phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings(until 9pm) and weekends as required.
