What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Answer questions, handle requests, and resolve concerns with urgency and care
- Process payments, reservations, and room assignments accurately
- Communicate clearly with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and guest-ready
- Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and service standards at all times
- Be a culture carrier—living out Scarlett’s values of respect, consistency, empowerment, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, guest-first attitude and a passion for service
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning hotel systems (we’ll train you!)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
