Position Overview
Guest Services Team Members work directly with our guests to ensure they receive appropriate products, helpful and accurate information, and a welcoming experience at Mt. Hood Meadows. This position includes point-of-sale operation, knowledge of products and the resort, and communication with guests, team, and other departments.
This is a seasonal position
Qualifications & Experience
- Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests
- Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum Age 16
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
- Previous guest service experience
- Prior experience operating a point-of-sale
- Starting Wage: $ 18.29 hourly
