Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs within specified timeframes.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each job.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
