We are seeking a Handyman with a strong skill set in plumbing, painting, electrical work, and door lock installations to join our team in Chelsea, NY. Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform interior and exterior painting jobs to maintain the aesthetics of properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install and repair door locks for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring safety and security.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman with proficiency in plumbing, painting, electrical work, and door locks.
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations to ensure all work is up to standard.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Own basic tools necessary for the job and have reliable transportation for travel to different job sites.
