General responsibilities include:
- Overall management of customer relationship from the initial membership tour, through joining, through program placement at a large, multi-purpose health club.
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends.
- Rate is hourly ($20) base plus commission on sales. Commissions should average at least $5,000-$10,000 annually (paid monthly based on new sales).
- Clerical work related to the membership process requiring attention to detail.
- Working with the membership director to develop monthly promotions and advertising contracts.
- Social media management - proficient in social media posting a plus.
- Contacting and following up with new member prospects.
- Assisting members with integration into programs and working with department managers to provide an engaging membership experience for all members.
- Off site event participation at local area events to promote the club.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
