Fitness Forever is seeking a Membership Sales Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for health and fitness, career ambition and a positive attitude. As a Membership Sales Representative you will work to raise membership numbers and grow the Fitness Forever brand while demonstrating our key values of helpfulness, motivation, knowledge and teamwork. In this role you will provide outstanding customer service, work effectively with other Fitness Forever employees, and help to keep the gym in a clean and safe condition.
This is a part time position, with a varying schedule. Shifts may include some opening, closing and covering.

Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with Aloha
- Perform front desk: answer phone calls and inquiries, check-in members, operate register, make member transactions
- Sell memberships to new clients in accordance with established sales practices
- Provide facility tours for prospective members highlighting our equipment, classes, personal training, and other benefits of membership
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and guests
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization
- Work as a team and offer help or support to other staff when needed
- Help resolve member issues with positivity and compassion
- Ensure facility and fitness equipment is used in a safe and courteous manner
- Learn and perform opening and closing procedures
- Demonstrate self-motivation, responsibility, and an eagerness to learn
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications:
- A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
- Must be responsible and reliable in terms of showing up for shifts
- Prior sales or fitness industry experience a plus
- Computer competency
- Enthusiasm for health and fitness
- Cleaning skills are a plus
