Position:
Condominium Management Office Administrative Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual (English and Spanish) Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a large high traffic condominium association management office. The ideal candidate will report directly to the condominium manager and handle daily administrative tasks, manage communications, interact with condominium residents and contractors and assist with scheduling and record-keeping.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Work with the condominium manager to ensure professional operations
- Interact both in person, email and via phone on daily basis with:
- Condominium residents
- Condominium employees
- Condominium contractors and vendors
- Other property association members and employees
- Maintain and organize association records
- Assist with condo association meeting scheduling and document preparation
- Prepare and distribute communications and notices
- Support the board of directors and committees with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written
- Detail orientated, well organized with strong follow up skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Providing processing support for account receivables and payables
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites, Google Docs and QuickBooks
- Previous large condominium administrative experience and capabilities preferred
- Eager to learn specific condominium policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
