As a Home Office File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files for our home office. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Sort and file documents, records and reports in designated filing systems
- Create, update and maintain electronic and physical records
- Ensure all files are labeled correctly and stored in their designated locations
- Retrieve and distribute files as needed
- Conduct regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with the implementation of new filing systems and processes
- Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies as necessary
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic file storage systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and multitasking
- Previous remote work experience is a plus
The pay range for this role is:
29 - 32 USD per hour(Remote (Boise, Idaho, US))
