We are searching for an experienced Hotel Manager with at least 4 years of experience. Must have a great work ethic with a few years of experience. Job duties include but not limited to the below.
· Must work well with others, Must have experience in maintaining a happy work environment for employee's.
· Must have experience with PMS systems (Opera/Synexis/Nova)
· Scheduling
· Ordering
· Billing
· Maximizing revenue at the same time watching expenses.
· Experience with Excel.
· Must have knowledge to be able to do basic accountanting.
· This List is just some of the duties required to be hired for this position. (All other items will be asked in the interview)
· Must have open available schedule to work at anytime.
· Must have experience resolving customer concerns in a calm manner.
· Must have experience in handling inventory.
· Will be in charge of Hiring/Firing. Must be able to train and turn good employees to great employee's.
Ability to speak Spanish is a major plus.
Also, must have a valid drivers license and full ablity to lift 30lbs
