Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the overall human resources work of the company in North America and other regions, establish and improve the North American human resources system.
- Conduct full-process human resources operations in compliance with regulations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Actively track updates of U.S. labor laws, regulations, and policies to prevent labor employment risks.
- Handle labor disputes and other issues to maintain positive labor-management relations.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with U.S. federal and state labor laws and regulations, with solid professional knowledge in human resources and extensive practical experience.
- Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in U.S. human resources; experience in team management and the new energy industry is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Able to work onsite at the Fremont, California (U.S.) office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
